Le Bloc is beautiful & intimate space that was meticulously designed by me & built with love by us, as well as our dear friends and family. It was not created to be a space that is meant to just work out in, but rather a space to be lived in. One that is & will always be filled with loud music & laughter. One where you can connect with others or even just the movement, disconnecting from everything else. Most importantly, we set out to provide a safe space where we can all grow, change, laugh, & find strength, together.

As this space was created to be a home away from home for all who enter, you will find our little guy named Scrappy who is certain that he is a Pilates instructor, will make you smile, & love you instantly.
