Doors open 10 minutes prior to class start time.
You must wear grip socks for class. (Yes we sell many sizes & styles!)
Let your instructor know about any injuries or pregnancy before class begins.
Don’t feel like you cannot arrive late! Hop in when you can & we will greet you with a smile.
**Your bed will be forfeited 5mins post start time if someone on the waitlist is AT the studio. (Good news is this tends to be a rare occurrence!)

New Clients:
No prior Pilates experience is required! If new arrive 10mins before class. *Yes we teach “athletic Pilates” so classes move very quickly BUT with only 8 beds, extremely experienced instructors + lots of regulars who are kind & encouraging we promise you can do it!
Expect to be pushed, but not to worry: we uphold the principles of Pilates + believe safety is most important. We have modifications for EVERYTHING so you can work your way up to the most advanced moves at a safe pace!
First group class suggestion for those a little timid: hop into one of our “Sunday Detox” or “Le Bloc Reformer Flow” classes if it works for your schedule, but if not don’t be afraid to dive right into another! We’ve got you!

Late Cancel $14
This fee applies when you fail to cancel any class you have signed up for less than 12 hours prior to that scheduled class.
No-Show $28
This fee applies when you fail to late cancel and simply do not show up for any class you have signed up for.
Exceptions
We understand that life happens! If you are unable to make it for ANY reason please “late cancel” as soon as possible then email us at your convenience if it was due to something out of your control so that we may waive the fee.
